We have policies in place to support all staff in ensuring compliance, with these standards extending to customer service - all Lupe’s Kitchen staff are carefully selected to meet strict service criteria

• Ongoing training - We have a strong relationship with the Hospitality Faculty at Sydney’s Western Sydney Institute of TAFE, where we provide students with work experience and casual employment opportunitiesIn return, we remain abreast of modern food trends and industry development
